Transfers a call from your voice terminal to another extension or outside number.

Use when your caller needs to speak further with someone else.

Note: Calls from an outside number to your voice terminal can be transferred only

to an extension, not to another outside number.

Transfer

To send the present call to

another extension or an

outside number

1 Press [dial tone]

• The present call is put on hold

2 Dial the number that the call is to be transferred to

[ringback tone]

3 Remain on the line and announce the call. If there is

no answer or the line is busy, return to the held call by

pressing its call appearance button.

4 Press again

• The call is sent to the dialed number

5 Press
