Message Retrieval

To see your messages

when your Message light

is on (while on-hook,

off-hook, or on a call)

1 Press

2 Press to see the first message

(and then for each following message)

To return a call to the

message sender

1 Pick up the handset

2 Press while any part of the message is

shown

Note: You can also leave your handset on-hook. The

speakerphone will turn on automatically when you

To erase a message Press while any part of the message is shown

To see a coworker’s

call with your coworker)
